The MJP has moved.

We are very pleased to announce that the MJP has officially opened its new site.

New Design.
The new site features a completely new design and a radically different infrastructure, based on modern digital-library standards, which enable better access to our materials and better long-term maintenance.
New Access Methods.
Our journals can now be read in three different ways.
  1. PDF. All journal issues are still available as text + image PDFs, which can be downloaded and read in a PDF reader such as Adobe's Reader or through a web-browser plug-in. These PDFs are fully searchable.
  2. Page Images. Sometimes you don't want to download a large PDF. Our editions can also be read through a page-image browser, thanks to the work of the Brown Library's Center for Digital Initiatives.
  3. Thumbnails. Want a quick overview? Our new interface lets you see thumbnails of an entire issue — a great way to locate images quickly.

(NB: Page-image and thumbnail browsing is not yet available for our older editions, The New Age and Dana, but it will be soon.

New Editions.
We've added three new journals to our collection, part of an aggressive drive to add content to the MJP. Blast, Wyndham Lewis's quintessential Vorticist magazine, was added during the summer; it is being provided with permission of the Wyndham Lewis Trust. Rhythm, edited primarily by John Middleton Murry but also by Katherine Mansfield, Michael T. H. Sadler, and John Duncan Fergusson, and Wyndham Lewis's The Tyro have just been added. In the coming months we will be adding The Blue Review and To-Day.
New Location.
Our new website is being hosted on a fast new server at Brown. Our site should be more responsive and more stable as a result. And we now have our own domain: www.modjourn.org. This will become the official address of the MJP, so please update your bookmarks.
